Summary Plan Descriptions And Summaries Of Material Modifications
Our firm provides summary plan descriptions (SPDs) for health and welfare insurance plans, as well as pension plans. We also vet, monitor and assist in requests for proposal (RFPs) for pension plans and health and welfare insurance plans.
When there are changes in statute or law — for example, the Affordable Care Act or the Pension Protection Act — our firm provides summaries of material modifications (SMMs) to ensure compliance.
We have extensive experience in plan drafting, as well as in the negotiation, drafting, administration and enforcement of third-party service provider agreements.
