Syretta J. Martin

Syretta J. Martin is counsel at Pitta LLP practicing in the area of employee benefits. Ms. Martin has years of experience representing multiemployer Taft-Hartley plans and single employer plans in matters concerning ERISA plan administration and operation, service provider agreements and disputes, as well as employee benefit delinquency litigation. Ms. Martin also has knowledge and experience assisting employee benefit plans with compliance matters pertaining to CAA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and state-specific benefit regulations.

Prior to joining Pitta LLP, Ms. Martin worked as an associate at Spear Wilderman LLP in Philadelphia working with multiemployer Taft-Hartley plans on plan administration and operation, policy drafting and benefit claims administration.

Ms. Martin earned her Juris Doctor from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and her and Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College. She is also a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
